STEP 1
First of all, send us your curriculum vitae, so that we can get to know your profile. Be sure to include all the activities (even those that may seem inconsistent with your hypothetical role at BSCT!). The CV must be submitted in a one-page-pdf.
STEP 2
Once you have passed the CV screening, you will be able to have an interview with some of our internal members. In this phase we will take the opportunity to assess your interest in BSCT and to measure your starting skills and competencies.
STEP 3
After that, you will be offered a trial period of about 2 months during which you’ll have the opportunity to prove your value. Once the trial period is over, the internal members will meet to make a final decision on your application.
